Are you a working caregiver trying to balance your career with the demands of your special needs family?
You’re struggling with
- Having a plan that is specific to your financial circumstances and the unique needs of your family
- Navigating the complexity of support
- Finding the right team of professionals that “gets it”
You need to make some changes.
My name is Kristin Carleton, and as mom of two kids with disabilities, I totally understand the frustrations and concerns that you have.
Having the right support, and a team that understands exactly what you’re going through, is really important to make sure you are on the right path.
There are so many things to consider with your financial needs.
But for most caregivers, all you can focus on is tomorrow.
I see you.

You need an Action Roadmap.
The Special Needs Action Roadmap was designed with you in mind. It is a simple roadmap, laid out in 3 simple steps:
- Care – from financial planning, care planning and government benefits eligibility, you need to have a plan for these daily decisions to feel cared for.
- Protect – once those daily decisions are made, protecting them with legal documents, tax strategy, and insurance to fill any gaps is necessary to keep the guardrails on as you walk the path.
- Grow – now is the time to really focus on the future – you invest today for your future, you can relax enough to start setting personal goals, and establish person centered plans for EVERY member of your family.

We only work with special needs families.
Many families have turned to us over the last few years to set a financial plan, manage their financial assets and work to gain government benefits.
This is all we specialize in.
The most common feedback we hear is that we walk our clients through simple, actionable steps to make otherwise complex topics and tasks achievable and understandable. In the process, they have achieved their financial dreams as well as gained confidence in the long-term care of their son or daughter.
A couple of success stories
We helped Linda from Idaho obtain government benefits for her son that allowed her to save more towards her retirement and purchase the life insurance she’d been putting off due to paying out of pocket for a caregiver.
We helped Candace in Virginia navigate her divorce and put the necessary trusts and ABLE account in place to make sure her daughter stayed benefits eligible even while receiving child support in adulthood, and Candace could still retire with dignity and stay in her home. Sharing in Candace’s relief that the process was over, and her future was financially secure, was one of the best moments of the year.

We’re big on community
We are big on community and providing support to other caregivers. That is why we created a Facebook Community available to all, here. You can ask questions and also hear from other caregivers. Click the picture to join us!
We look forward to welcoming you to the All Needs Planning family.
